More of a funny than a real question. My wife told me, to get my new bow, I have to sell my 07 Synergy. How do you spell a REALLY LOUD YELL??? AAARRRGGGHHHH??? I couldn't believe it! I told her I needed it for a backup. wink! I then told her it could provide meat for our family. And then asked her if she was gonna SUCK the deer to her stand with the new vacuum. LMAO. She didn't find that funny.

She really showed me up this year with a very nice buck. She told me she wouldn't need to do something like that, they just come to her.

I'm in the doghouse!!!

Just put your head down and mope around the house mumbling for several days. Act like you are really depressed.
Eventually she will get tired of it, stomp her foot and loudly say FINE, GO BUY A NEW BOW THEN. BUT REMEMBER WHAT YOU SPEND ON BOWS I SPEND ON CLOTHES.

I already ordered it, she was okay with that. Its the selling the old one thats the problem. I think I will be able to though. Spent the money I had saved up yesterday on a sweet car, got a smokin deal. Now I have to pull a little cash out of savings to get the bow. Here we go again.

Diamonds? Looks like I will be selling the Synergy. She has quite a few rings already. Almost every jewel ever found. I would probly have to get some moonrock. I heard about a process where they can make the deceased into diamonds, looks like I will have to have the Syn melted down. LOL

Don't worry Bambi, your not alone in this battle. My wife's not to happy with me at the moment either. I'm not selling my GT500. But we are going to the Florida keys for spring break.

Just tell her you are going to sell it...eventually...and then add it to the "honey-do" list...and just never get around to it. Of course, keep it fairly well hidden and don't discuss how much you miss it, etc.

I just spent $800 on 3 pairs of jeans... I brought up how I needed to go hunting again for 5 more days in az and get a new bow when I get back. I also told her how fat she has gotten (gained 3 pounds) and explained how good the new bow would look and how it would last longer than the jeans.
one day I will come home from a trip and she will have all my crap outside waiting for me... Until then I can get a new bow and go hunting this week!
