Default Lets see where you hunted last.

Swamp edge, Bonifay Florida, saw five does but no bucks. Rut starts in about three weeks, should be a good transition spot.

Heres the swampy hardwood bottom I hunted most of the season...now that its late season all my deer seem to have disapeared...we only have 3 more weeks left of season here

1st pic- To my left theres another big ridge on the other side of this swampy creek bottom

2nd pic- In front of me leads down into the swamps where afew creeks meet...Ive had a group of hogs come out of there

3rd pic- Off to my right you can see another ridge on the other side of that small creek

This spot had good sign all over it not to long ago...they are still there but I think they were moving at night last week...hopefully this week will be better

This was when we were looking for my elk the next morning.. after climbing up we realized the elk had rolled all the way down to the bottom. our camp was accross the canyon and down the river about 2 miles then up another 1.5-2 on the flat.

Main thing is took a buddy with his first time in the field with his Elite.

Check out those tracks right under the stnd. Lots of nightime travel for sure.

I sat in this tree this morning - It's 40 yard wide finger of woods between 2 powerline clear cuts

Tonight's hunt, full moon is killing me. Nice and cold but no movement.

Looking out the other side of the tree. This is a nice pinch point. Late last year two very nice bucks traveled this creek.
