Gold Tip, LLC announced today that it has made significant investment in automation of
production in the United States of America and in Mexico, and that it is moving a portion
of its manufacturing back to the United States. Tom Zelenovic, Gold Tip CEO, said:

My little wifey bought me some 7595's for my b-day in june. 2 grns diff across the works. Kinda suprised myself!!! Great to hear possible jobs moving back to U.S. Hope this starts a trend nationwide

That is good to hear, but I'll stick with Carbon Tech, there is no variation with them.

To me it is not making jobs in the US, they are giving them back alittle at a time!

I have not had any promblems. We put them in the hooter shooter and check them. Always weigh them.

Lots of folks are shooting some pretty impressive scores with them.

I have a dozen Fat Boys that weighed within 2 grains of each other. had to go though 8 other packs to get those 12.
Local shop had 12-14 dozen and wanted to get rid of them, so 4 of us started weighing each arrow right out of the plastic, writing the weight on them and sorting arrows for a =/-2 grains.

we had arrows as far as 8 grains out. ( i think 5 out of the 96 )
the dozen i got shoot great and helped me get my first 300, but without being able to match grade them, it's like buying a brick of 22 long rifles or a box of chocolates, you never know what you'll get.

Glad Gold Tip is moving some of the operations back in the states. However, unless something major happens I won't own them. The arrows I have tried (three dozen in the last two years) from Gold Tip have been nothing but junk. Terrible spine consistency and weight variations.

We use the Ram Spine tester on them before fletching.

Have had several guys place there arrows on the spine tester. Results dont lie. Certianly have not seen this. Be glad to share the results of the dozen Triple X arrows that I get here in the next week or so.
