    normally i'd have to agree,but lately all i get are voicemails and haven't had a call returned yet.i still think they have top notch service. i'm just a little frustated and dissapointed at the moment

    I tried to call you today...can't remember if I left you a message or if your number was the one with no answer. You can try again first thing in the morning if you're available then. We'll get you taken care of!

    Everyone, please remember that if you call from a cell phone and leave a message it doesn't always mean it's clear(road noise, bad reception etc.)...I actually get quite a few of these.

    When I called today about getting a cam I got voicemail. I had a returned call from Denny within about 30min. They are definitely trying hard to keep everyone taken care of ASAP. Denny will get you fixed up bukhuntr.

    I agree that Denny is a major asset to this company, he has always returned my calls and spent the time to talk with me, educate me, and truly help me make the right decision for myself. In fact, Denny and Tim(Taz Archery) are the people that pushed me over to Elite from another brand. Granted, the product and warranty are exceptional, however it is the attention to the details and customer service that did it for me. I'm sales and see what customer service can and cannot do for you depending on which end of the spectrum your on. All I can say is, keep it up, it still does matter to many people today and tomorrow and on.
