I would love a 1 piece grip for my Ice. Even if it lost a little brace height that would be ok since maybe I could lengthen my draw a bit and gain some speed.Will check out Mikes stuff.

I'm interested in the Gripwerks grip as well, they look very nice! I had a Jager grip for my Synergy but I'm kind of picky and the plastic grip just didn't do it for me!
