Default This is what poachers do!!!

This Buck was poached this morning a 2:30am on of all days (my birthday) on place by a 17and 14yr old! This was one of the smaller racked bucks just spindlely wise! I heard the shot and looked out side and there was a truck backed up to the field and they were dragging it, called sherrif, CO, and almost an ambulance! They got in trouble and were previously caught doing it before, also had another buck and two does from someone elses place! Lots more stuff happened but won't go into details!!!Billy

Glad you caught them! Have the same problem on one of my properties. Our gate was locked so they cut our 5-strand barbedwire fence and drove through. Found the gut pile 100 yrds from my treestand. Wish I coulda caught them.....

I will never understand the mind of someone who thinks there is some reason they should be able to do this sort of thing? I know these are just kids in this particular case, but chances are they learned this behavior and may very well pass it on someday. Burns me up knowing people like this are out there breathing our good air. Theives, vandals, and all other such folks should all be prosecuted to the fullest whenever possible. I hope they get a harsh punishment!!

this is extremely unfortunate for you. I think that these kids should be held accountable as well as their parents. I will not say much more than that because of the anger I feel right now.

Happy Birthday! On a good note...it was a great gift that they were caught so maybe if we try and look on the bright side it really was a good birthday afterall.
