Default Z28 Quietest Bow on the Market?

I was reviewing some bow tests today and noticed that with all things considered I think the Z28 is the quietest bow on the market, including the centerpivots. Carnivore ranked the lowest but had string silencers on and the Z did not.

Here were the results with a 360 GR arrow.

    SS= String Silencers

    Z28: 83.7 DBA SS: NO
    Carnivore: 83 DBA SS: YES
Ice Man: 85.3 DBA SS: YES
APA Viper: 86.8 DBA SS: YES
Truth 2: 86.8 DBA SS: NO
    General: 88.1 DBA SS: NO
    Reezen: 88.7 DBA SS: NO
Katera: 89.0 DBA SS: YES (1)
    Admiral: 89.0 DBA SS: YES
    Alien: 89.4 DBA SS: NO
Bow Madness: 92.6 DBA SS: NO

Note that a 10 DBA difference is perceived as twice as loud...

While not scientific, each bow is subjected to the same test conditions using the same arrows and same setup. We do our best to maintain objectivity through this approach.

You guys do a great job with your testing, appreciate your efforts.
How did you like the Z28 overall compared to all other bows you tested in 2009?

The Z28 is a great bow among many other great offerings for 2009. From a personal preference perspective, it was definitely in the top 3.

I threw some whiskers on my 83# 09 and it is way, way quiet. The whiskers look cool and work really well without much weight. It was a quiet bow out of the box, but now it is ridiculous.

Z28 in my opionion may be the best hunting bow on the market today.
