    You have gotten a very different experience than I have recieved from Maggie, Jim, Kerrian, and Pete on a personal level. They have treated me like royalty each time I contacted them.

    I agree this is definitely the best warranty in the industry. right now I shoot a diamond bow. so far everything's ok but as soon as I have the money or when I'm in the market again for a new bow, elite's definitely gonna be my next one. I shot the elite hunter last year at the deer and turkey expo in Madison, WI. best bow I shot so far

    I can say that without a doubt the customer service that the elite group has is by far second to none. I have owned a lot of different bows by different bow companies and the customer service of those companies don't hold a candle to elite's. I have only spoke with maggie, dick, and katie (mostly through email) at elite and they are top notch people in my opinion and they definitely care about their customers as i am sure the other members of the company do as well. They listen, respond quickly to any issues or questions, and are serious about honoring their products. As far as the bows they manufacture, "awesome" best bow i have ever shot! Keep up the great work guys and gals...your work is definitely recognized and appreciated!! Thanks for the great service and awesome products!
