Yes, the salsa is homemade, easy too. The Quah is short for Tahlequah. A small town here in NE Oklahoma. It's a cherokee name meaning "two is enough".

I would agree, after all it is in the off topic area. The great thing about this thread is the ability to ramble on about any thought that enters your melon. Like cashews, I think they are seriously underated. The Mercedes of legumes if you will.

the Macadamia and pecan...are thee best..nothing better then Pecan pie...which reminds me of donuts..cream filled glazed...LOTS of cream.....yummmmmmm

Pecan pie can go either way. I can't do the local diner pecan pie thing - nasty. But when done right it is a slice of heaven. My Mother makes a mean pecan pie and there is a place in town with an awesome bourban pecan pie.
