Default Look what my buddys wife found at ASA Classic

She was walking her dog and he spotted this at the campsite. It was a area where kids were playing.

    This snake wont eat again.

Rattlesnake + mongoose = dead mongoose definetly , snake might die too
Cobras actually fall forward when they strike, mongoose lures them to strike and bites cobra behind head. Rattlesnake a coiled strike much faster mongoose too close and bitten....

in Texas the Timber Rattlesnake is a "threatend species" and against the law to kill.....I guarantee they missed the mark on that. I can find ootles of them back in my old neck of the woods.

Had to see at that angle, but I think the squirrel has the upper hand. Spoke with the squirrels trainer. Said about 2 mintues into the fight squirrel was going to put the snake in a choke hold.
