Ahhhhhh...felt good to finally close the deal on this doe. ...been hunting a funnel and cant cover it all. Seems everytime I try one side...the deer 'herd' slips thru the other. This eve..they picked the wrong side. I had at least 9 does come thru...I pardoned the lead doe and selected the biggest of the remaining does. Took a longer shot than usual at 35yds but the Slick Trick hit the mark and she went down in sight. I stayed in my stand hoping to double up and about 30 min later two bucks came by walking the same line. ...one was a shooter, but Im urban hunting inside Richmond City limits and its antlerless only. ...so I just had to watch him walk by.

She did...and I felt robbed of a shot. So I went to work on her with a knife to satisfy my bloodlust.

Ugly pic...im the best looking thing in it. I should of wiped her nose and brushed her.
