Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Mike Derus and I have been awarded the opportunity to work for Elite Archery in product development. I have been fortunate to have worked in the archery industry for about 25 years. The last 16 years in product design, development and engineering. My responsibilities with Elite will be in the same areas as mentioned. I am very excited to be associated with the Elite team and its customers. I look forward to working with all of you on the forum as well.
