Outfitter or Lease?

I'm getting back to Leesville, LA next month. If my wife lets me out of her sight, I would like to do some hunting. I'm not sure how much time I'll have to dedicate to hunting, but I was considering trying to get a lease in East Texas (close to the LA/TX line) so I could make weekend trips. I've never had a lease and was wondering what everyone thought... Any recommendations? Where would I look to get started?

Another option would be to take a hunting trip with an outfitter. If I went this route, I would look at hogs and maybe a blackbuck. Again, East Texas would be best because I wouldn't have to drive. Is there any good outfitters in East Texas?

If you are looking for a place to hunt pigs, then Hunt n Shoot is a good one. It is in Chester, TX which is about 90 miles from Leesville.

Hunt n Shoot is a very fun place to shoot hogs. From time to time they get some means ones in there too that like to make you climb trees.
