Hen came close today....
She was a little hesitant to come into my decoys....she putted and screeched behind my blind for quite a while, until I purred and clucked a bit with my glass call. She came around the blind and fed for about 20 minutes before walking off...pretty fun to watch, although I wish it had been a Tom!

Yeah even though it's not a tom it's better then going and not even seeing a bird. I had that happen two day's in a row the hen would come over look around feed and then go over to the Tom I was calling. That is why it is so much fun and if it was easy everybody would do it.
Some times all you need is a stick and a string!
