my guys help out with our events and also anytime i need help in the shop,there is someone waiting in line,they are a great group of guys,the things i offer them is free gear,disounted bows,discounted acc. also if one of my team members that wins a event gets paid.not to mention i keep all their bows in tip top shape for free.it may be more than most do, but i love seeing my guys do good,and they appriciate it,as well as i do.
round here you get bow at cost...discount on accessories.. but you're also expected to chip in when it's busy like now during hunting season... help promote the shop at different shoots or just to other people interested in archery. plus you get a fancy shirt
