if that was a gunshot wound it's in the zone. i think it's just the winter to summer hair loss. at the beginning it gets pretty weird looking and that is probably where alot of mosquitoes attack and he scratches with the back hoof
Yep I agree. If that was a gun shot wound, that deer would already have been sausage.

Never thought about that, that makes sence....I can zoom in on the orignal photo and there is alot of hair loss around the bottom of the neck also....shot and hung...haha...reminds me of the old Eastwood flick "Hang'm High"...haha, thanks guys.
