    Default Has anybody noticed...

upon shooting Techno Hunt video the Elite bows in AP appear to be snow camo under the blacklight. The areas that are light in the camo pattern almost glow.... So is this UV colors? Will deer see this??

In watching several clothing UV tests when they put any brand of clothing camo under the black light and they glowed it was explained as UV. So that would be an area of concern! And never actually seen that so good point!!

I shoot it, but haven't really ever noticed it. But that would probably be bc I am to busy talking or cracking jokes on my buddies bows.

I shot video with mine and I didn't notice my bow glowing. But if it did I would be somewhat concerned about it. I've seen the tests also. you certainly don't want the uv brighters in ANY of your clothes or equipment!

It concerns me that the inks used may contain optical brighteners...possibly causing the effect.

I'm going to have to look into this when I pick up my Elites at end of the week.
