I follow Envy's a great deal and there was not many if any I can think of. Then again only like 350 were made.
What problem are you having?
splintering?

That is the first one i have heard of as well. I have owned four of them and still own the first one i bought. Another one is in the works. Where are they splintering? And what press do you use?

There is something wrong with the rocker or pockets I would guess. If it keeps doing it there is something putting uneven force on the limbs. Do you have a dealer nearby who actually knows something about bows?
If not maybe we can have you take some pics and try to trouble shoot it over the net.

Do you back the limbs off 1/8 to 1/4 turn after bottoming them out??
Some people try to turn back their odometers. Not
me, I want people to know "why" I look this way. I've
traveled a long way and some of the roads weren't paved.
How about pics.................?

No, never heard of that problem. Are you using a press that rolls up the limbs or one that presses the limbs from the ends? The ones that roll up the limbs will cause limb failure.
Did you remove the string stoppers and leave empty holes in the limbs?
I'd put Limbsavers on your new limbs as soon as you install them.
Did you confirm what the poundage was with the 70 pound limbs maxed out and backed off 1/8 turn?
One other idea is have the strings and cables been changed from the original? If so has the bow been checked for specs? I still wonder about the press being used.
