Unhappy GT500 and no more hair!!!!!!!

This thing is going to make me pull my hair out. I Have swapped limbs and put new spacers in . I started with .075 and .045, .080 and .040, and last .095 and .035. This bow just tunes way left 1inch left. Iv tried different hand positions and it seems to like to sit more on the thumb pad . I dont have this problem with my AR 35 or Hoyt turbo tec or pearson stealth or Elite synergy. Ive got a GTO on the way and I hope I dont have any problem tuning it. WHAT TO DO NOW. SEND IT BACK TO ELITE AND LET THEM TRY TO FIX IT.

    Talking changed rest

I took the limb Driver off and installed a Muzzy Zero Effect and it tuned at 7/8 inch. Can you believe it. This is the second timeive done this with an Elite bow. My synergy tuned perfect center shot with a muzzy zero effect.

LD's can be finnicky. After I got them set they were OK, but I have since gone back to the old standby - WB. Only lose 1-2 fps, and are way easier to set up.

    Default That is odd

I tried have a Limb Driver on as well and am having the same issue. I took the Limb Driver on and put on a Trophy taker Steel Spring. The results were the same, no difference. After I lost all my hair and just came to accpet the fact that it would not be how I like it and guess what? It shoots great. Yeah, even way out o the left, it shoots great. So if you can get past the issue of what it is like at rest and be pleased with what it is like at full draw and even more so upon release, the bws work well. Still working it thorugh my head as well, but I guess the bow doesn't have an issue with it like I do.

I know I was having problems getting my broadheads to group with FP last fall. I was shooting the LD as well. Even when I took it way out left I still couldnt get it perfect. I never did swap spacers though which I think would have helped.

I did eventually find something that worked. You know what it was that I found was causing the majority of my problems? Spine! My GT500, as odd as it seems to me, likes arrows a little bit week. I was shooting Axis 400's at 60#'s. So I got some GoldTip 3555's and my BH groups squeezed right in there with my FP's.

Now I am not sure if you would be getting weird tears from a spine issue, as I do not papertune. But, if someone could tell me if you do or dont get tears from spine issues that would be helpful. And if you can, then I would look into it.

I use the LD only for now. I'm going to try the G5 Expert II. If it does better than the LD...then it's G5! I swear by the LD's concept. If I change over then i'm going to make the G5 a limb driven rest.

I have been a little scared to say this, but it looks like others are coming out of the closet as well. My GT shoots better with the G5 ExpertII than it ever did with the LimbDriver.

I found the same think to be true on my 82nd airborne. If I try to
use too stiff of an arrow it's harder to tune and you can get tears
(tail right) on a left handed bow that you can't get rid of. Alot of people
think you need super stiff shafts because it's a fast bow and wind up
causing alot of tuning problems for themselves.
