What He Said. If you do this a few times you might remember the formula. This is the easiest way. and you can do it anywhere.Here is formula. (velocity)x(velocity)x(arrow weight) / 450240 = KE

Hello all,
The KE calculations are correct, thanks to lots of folks on this forum but I suggest you use actual arrow speed not IBO spec.
There are darn few bows that produce advertised speeds, so if you want what is the REAL KE, use the actual chrono speed of your setup.
