    Default GT500 Draw Length help

    Hi Guys,
    New to this forum. And I am looking for some help/suggestions. I am in the market for a new bow(speed bow). I am a 31.5" draw and want a bow in 80#. With this being said, I am in love w the GT500, however they only go to 30". For years I've added longer strings n string loops but am told with the way the elite cams are designed a longer string will crush the cam once shot. The dealer told me they could twist the cables and get me .5" and u could use a long string loop and live with it. I guess my questions are as follows....
    1. Will the cams in fact collapse with a longer string, even just +.5"??
    2. Is the twisting cables a safe idea?
    3. Any other ideas to get the GT500 to the 31" mark?

    You might check into the XLR it will get the Draw length your looking for.
    No ifs and or buts Just maybee.

    thankks guys. I will send him a message. The xlr is the right draw but not what I'm looking for in regards to ata n speed.
