Here is a real world setup that shoots absolutely perfect for me.....
BowTech Allegiance 2006 Speed Binary 60 pounds 28.5" Draw length
I shoot an ACC 3-49 cut to 27" with 100 grain screw in points using the Easton Inserts.

Real world this shoots awesome. I get 279 f/s with a 357 grain arrow.

TAP shows this as near perfect spine also I might add.

I also have to say this.....I downloaded your OT2 this weekend to try it out.....after spending 2.5 hours with it, I couldnt figure out how to even use it! That is the most god awful difficult piece of software I have ever even seen! There are more settings in there than I even knew existed for a bow and arrow combination.....???? I could never get the same result in OT2 from one screen to the next so I just gave up.....


Oh well...........My specs are above and below is how TAP calculates it which has been verified with plenty of range time.

I would curious to see how OT2 shows this as I couldnt even get it to show anything near what my bow does in real life....I used chrono speed....I tried EVERYTHING in there and just couldnt get anything that even made any sense???

I bought a CD from them. If I were to do it all over again....I would just buy the download. I had to download the whole program anyway for the upgrades since the CD was burned I guess.....

I have a quick question, I am shooting a pulse, 27inDL at 60#s. I cant seem to get te 400s to shoot good, ive tried different point weigts and different settings on OT2, my shafts are cut at 26.5 in with blazers, maxima blue streak 250's. I also ave 6 older maxima 350's cut to 28.5 in i was going to try but havent yet. I was wondering what setting you all are using on OT2 for the pulse? the default is 2 cam xtra hard but if i change that to the use manf ibo setting it changes things drasticly. Thanks

I ran your set up thru OT2. The cam settings are correct for the Pulse. Leave them at the default 2 extra hard cams. The 250's are too weak. The 350 Maximas would work if cut at 27.5" with a 100 gr head. Good luck!

Anyone care to see what their software reccomends for my bow? Pulse Specs are: 27.5 dl, 82.4lbs, 26" arrow with 30 grains of fletching and 225-250 grains up front including insert

They don't make arrows stiff enough! Your setup calls for a .247 spined arrow. I couldn't find any arrow in the data base that worked. Need to either turn down the poundage, or increase arrow length.

If the arrows shoot well, I wouldn't change it but you might try less weight up front.
That will stiffen the shaft.

Increasing arrow length would decrease spine.
