This is 5" x 2" on hats & a whopping 16,415 stitches. This is the first sew out sample I just got back today on fabric & it turned out great!

That looks cool. I like those nonstructured hats you made for me. Would this be too big for an unstructured hat?

Excellent. Would these work on one of the beanies if I can find one I like? There was a cool red one with grey trim along the bottom this would look great on.

I really like that. Please let us know when you will be able to do this and on what products (shirts, hats, etc.) I am most definately interested in getting something with this on it.

It will fit on the unstructured just fine. The difference between the regular Elite logo & this one is about 9,000 stitches which amounts to 7.00 more for embroidery costs. I will have 2 white flexfit hats done on Thursday & I will take pics & post them.

I will be doing this on hats & will test it on a shirt before I go that route.

Do you have any black unstructured hats or just camo?
