Revolution Cam and String/Cables Question

I was wondering if someone could give me a brief rundown of what happens to the revolution cam when the strings or cables are adjusted. For instance, if you add twists to the cables, besides it affecting timing, what does it do to poundage, ata, draw length, etc. and vise versa? Also, what happens when you add or subtract twists to the string as well? Any help is much appreciated?
