    Default Formula For Kantic Energy

Take your Velocity(FPS) X Velocity(FPS) then times it by your total arrow weight. Then divide it by 450,240.
...FPS X FPS X Arrow Weight, divided by 450,240 =Kenetic Energy

It came out to be within 1 fps of my chrono. One of the key points is to get the IBO # correct which some bows vary in their postings.

I am assuming that this doesn't really work for bows like the Fire where the IBO rating given is for 28" draw at 60 lbs. Is my assumption correct?
