    Default Vegas round

30 arrows. 3 arrows each round for ten rounds.

    Yellow is ten points
Then each line goes nine, eight, seven

Count your x which is in the middle.

In fita indoor compound shooters use the x as the ten ring the outer ten is used by the recurve shooters. Just guessing but the international match you watched was at 70m and was probably match play. There they use a 120cm target face and the archers alternate shoots. the target is sill scored the same 10 thru 1 x's are given the value of ten and used during count backs to break ties.

    I'm a little confused. The X ring is a 10 and the next larger ring is a 9 ?

The first ring around the Xring is a ten. Then the next is a nine on Vegas Face. X just counts as an X.
