Elite XLR "Project Bow"

I bought this on AT and it was a mess. Not represented accurately by the seller and now he's banned. Anyhow, I had the riser and limb-pockets stripped down to bare...

Hmmmmmm.......

Is there anything that can be used safely to strip paint and/or dip off of Elite limbs??
