I would say it is a tuning issue.. All of the 2013 that I have had come in are 2# over peak, never under.

You would want to shorten the cables by adding twists. Untwisting the string will do the same but then you have to deal with where your peep ends up at. I prefer to adjust the cables..

When you change mods you have to adjust the harness as well. The longer mods take up more of the buss cable so when you put on the shorter modes you have basically lengthened the buss cables.... Hope...

On the bows that I have had in my shop that I have changed mods on... I have had to adjust the string and buss cables to get the pounds and DL correct. The Hunter is going a half inch long on DL......

Anymore a bow press and draw board are basic tuning equipment..

Additional pounds? Up above you show 70# smooth mods against 70# speed mods. Every set of speed mods I have put on has bump up the DW and DL.

Take your wing span and divide by 2.5. Should be 28.5

Shims go on both sides. .040 to .055 string side top and bottom and fill the gap on the other side.

I would check your string and cable lengths first.. That is really all it can be unless the draw stop moved.

This isn't true.. I talked to JKK about this and he said they make the limbs to be a specific pound with the limbs maxed out. It won't hurt it.
