It wont (shouldnt) affect clearance, they are close. If the tension on the cord is the same it should overcome the spring tension the same as before and pull the rest down for clearance.

With the limb driver, the physical weight of the arrow is whay you tune the spring in the rest for. An FMJ is much heavier than a Nano and so the spring must be tuned relatively stiff to get to work...
