I use them both but I prefer the mini Blazers because they are stiffer. The Fusions are easier to fletch but mostly I use the Blazers.

I think your dealer is shovelling BS. True story though when I took the limbdriver off of my Judge and put a G5 Expert II on it, it gained 3fps. LD cord maybe slows down the limbs a tad.

I would get the 2013 model....I love mine. I don't know how much difference there is between the 2012-13 but the 2013 is much better than the 2011 Pulse IMO.

I have had trouble in the past with your problem. I know my 2nd Axis is good but it sometimes would feel like I had to cant the bow to get the bubble level. This all changed when I got a Vendetta...

Pulse is a great bow Congrats. The 2011 has a little more vibe than the 2013 but like reaper said a K-Tech string stop will do wonders.
