I have fondeled this release and it was very sensative. Almost like if you breathed on it to hared it would go off. I assume this is adjustable?

If i'm not mistaken if you cant get rid of the right tear with minor rest adjusyments your arrow spine may be off a touch.

I baught my son a genisis pro (only mathews i'll ever buy). I am not to impressed with it but i do like the fact that it is so adjustable and has a draw stop.

I built mine on the 2x6 also. In my shop, I mounted it to the door frame of the closet so it works verticle. It is out of the way and it puts the bow at eye level so i found it easier to work on.

I would try moving your rest a little more. when I shot my alli, it showed problems at shorter yardages. But my envy would shoot broadheads great out to 40, but 50 and 60 they would plane. My guess...
