Was this taken before "The Incident"?

47? grains, 72#, 29", about 28? FPS I do remember it calculated out to 81 pounds k-energy.
I will say I also go so far as to wax my string so as to make it last longer.:soapbox:
Sorry, and again "welcome"!:thumb:
Your Pal,

Make sure the replacement strings are, in Kevin's words, "as long as they make them using 24 strands of 452X you are good."
Anything else will void your warranty.

Another Hijack, Maybe we could start an Elite Bow String and Cable Rescue, to provide those deserving and perfectly good strings and cables a good home for a small management fee!
Sorry Beenfarr.
These bows are great as is. I would get the bow, mount a sight, rest, d-loop, maybe some limbsaver quads, and shoot the heck out of it. Don't worry about everything else, just choose an appropriate...
Getting the best right off the bat, you're gonna end up like one of those "child stars", all downhill if you go anywhere else...LOL!
Acutally, there are a lot of nice bows out there, these just...
These are really nice bows. The best convincing is to shoot one. IMHO, the GT500 is the better 3D and Hunting combination. I have never shot a Z, and do not intend on ever shooting one, because then...
These are great bows. People have problems because they don't quit messing with them.
I smacked mine after a shot on a chunk of wood. it kicked back and almost wacked me in the head, and left...
We have a few dealers in the area and the one closest is a great guy. I really like him, and buy from him, but I really do not think that Elite is his first choice of bow to sell. That sort of...
I am a lot less worried now. A guy I just talked to was telling me about what a big exit hole a judo point will make, and these (the G5 SGH) are a bit more than they are. A head shot would sure...

Thank you for the kind gesture. This makes me want to give away a hunt,...
Axion! I can change heads and not have to rezero anything. Change head, change arrow, 3D or hunting bow, voila! http://www.axionarchery.com/products.html
Heck, you're the pro. Not trying to be Mr. Smartiepants, but you can't let that eat you up. The most important shot you should ever think about is the next one, not something in the past. Easy for me...
Band of Brothers,
Any James Bond with Sean, Roger or the Casino Royal new guy.
Austin Powers stuff.
Mel Gibson stuff.
The Rounders (it's a western)
My thoughts and prayers are with you.
OK, I'll go first. I hate that little kid in Shane. I want to squash him and drag him through the cactus. "Awe Shane.." I'd like to "Awe Shane his little rear to Siberia". Feed him to the wolves....
I can appreciate your honesty!
Congratulations HVAC, and thank you Pete, for the contest. You've made the forum pretty exciting.
Take care all.
