Flatter and a bit wider before it curves up...
The gt500 came out in the middle of 08, which makes it the 2008.5. Yes it is 09 now, so you could call it an 09 if you want to, nothing has changed on the bow.
George has been waiting a LONG time for this bow!!!!
Glad to see it in your hands buddy...
Simple thing to do here...
If your center shot is 1 1/8" out, swap the limbs. Put the bow in a press, pop the axles out and take the cams off with the string/cables still attached and set it to the...

You should not need to call elite to fix this, your local dealer should be able to do it. If they can not, then they should not be a dealer. It was great that Elite was...
You are going to lose speed being you have a right tear. Take it to a dealer, tell them to pop the axles out and take the cams out. Leave the string and cables on the cams, just pop them off and...
You have the exact same idea as me, if I ever get time to finish it I will post up some pics.
Same cam, one is just smaller than the other to accommodate the shorter draw.
I'm in, thanks Pete!
We'll miss ya Kristin, good luck with everything!
A 60lb bow will take down anything in North America, go for the lower weight and shoot away!
I have been playing with them a bit for Dorge, testing and what not. I have found that they spin the arrow so fast, that making sure your bow is set up perfect is a bit more critical. They fletch...
Spot hogg has a new slider type of sight, kind of like the HHA sights but the way the sight moves is different. It is available in single pin, or multi pin. G5 has a new XR sight out. It has one...
Thats what it was this am for us too...I don't mind it, but the dog went out to do it's business, made it half way back and didn't know what to do when she couldn't move anymore.
I love mine, by far the best built sight on the market right now.
2" $79-6" $89-12" $99
As for weights coming lose, I really wouldn't worry about that. They are just as likely to come lose as any other screw on your bow, and a little loctite will take care of...
One of my top pics of new items at the ATA would be the new doinker. I'm sure it was built to compete with the B-Stinger. It does have some benefits that should make it a real winner. First, it...
Keep the top and bottom cams where they are, but swap the top limb with the bottom limb...problem should be solved!
BEST CASE YOU CAN BUY!!
I have had many cases including SKB, and the brownell case is hands down the best way to go. It has more than enough room for two bows, and both will be very will...
Same brace, gt will be faster, both draw very smooth, both very well made. Biggest difference is the cams, I like the binary system a bit better.
You got lucky!!!
I watched the same thing happen to a buddy of mine about 2 months back, only difference is that the back 6 inches of the arrow went through his hand.
A lot of it depends on the set of limbs that go on the bow, some are a bit better than others, and thats just how it is. I have seen some come in on the lower side of the rating, and some hit the...
You seeing bad arrow flight on through paper, or through your eyes? If it is your eyes, forget about it. If you have FP flying the same as broadheads, you have no issue.
Due to some of the GT500's having a shorter valley because of different tolerances in limbs, if you have a drop away that ties in to the down cable, it will make it feel like it has no valley at all....
