You said "quicker" in your original post and I would have used the term "earlier". Yes it will drop earlier then, but I am not trying to get a LD rest to drop earlier at all. I want it yanked out...
You want it to drop at the end and quickly, hence the closer to the limb tip.
Not sure how the video guy had such problems setting up a Pro V and most of us set up limbdriven rests without issue. ...
