Sorry to hear about the truck, hopefully that situation will never come up again. Thought it wasn't that bad to build out there, just septic, water and power. Use to work a lot in an area where the would review everything and then put it out to the public for an additional 30 days so the public could review and question. It would take 90 days to get a permit if there were no objections by the public if you were lucky.
Congrats on making it legal. Must be pumped. Sure you'll have a busy summer now.
