View Full Version : Great Service from Elite again...
From my first e-force until now Elite has always went above and beyond...The lastest event was a question I emailed Kevin on in regards to performance of a Fire at 50lbs 28inch draw and 350 grain arrow...He e-mailed me back to give Lorna a call on Monday to remind him and he will shoot that exact set-up...Gave Lorna a call and about 30 minutes later I had an email with the specs...I really like the bows, but really appreciate the service even more...Ben

They really do go above and beyond. In September I was having a small problem with my Synergy and needed it fixed pronto as I was leaving in a week for Colorado on an Elk hunt. I overnighted my bow to Elite, they fixed the problem and overnighted it back. I had my bow fixed and returned in a 3 day turnaround and was set to go Elk hunting with my bow shooting darts again. Jeff and Kevin did a great service for me.

I bought my bow from a 3rd party, called Elite and asked about buying one of the hats that they are now giving away. Lorna said they're not for sale, but we'll send you one. Even before I purchased they were helpful in providing me with info about the bow.

I think we all have a few screws loosen up during hunting season. I think I may have lost a few this year.
