Since Firenock LLC have press from InsideArchery about the Aerovane™, so many people called and wanted to try Aerovaen™. The concerns I have is that some of them think they can fletch Aerovane sort of OK without the tool but ALL have failed. It will make BIG circles for it is a true airfoil design and precision is the KEY.
Therefore,I have decided that I am going to offer this trial offer to anyone who want to try Aerovane and I would even wave shipping and handling. This is what you get. You will have 6 Aerovanes, plus a tool with FREE shipping and handling for $6.00. I have packed a few hundred of those last night so I am ready to ship your order. Below in picture is what you are getting (green matt not included in the offer). And you can get it at http://shop.firenock.com/main.sc

Hiya Dorge,
Havent seen you post here in a while buddy given you usually haunt BowCountry.
Allright people, give ol' Dorge's aerovanes a try. He has stood by his product with a lot of testing and testimonial to back it up. He is also a pleasure to deal with over the phone and will take the time to explain what his product niche is......... i would love to give the AEROVANE2 a try but i am bow-less right now..sob..

Norsask, please post a review on the General Categories page when you are done and what's more be very brutal about it.......Dorge has spent a lot of time and effort developing this product. I would do it in a heartbeat if I i could. There are a couple of videos out there on you tube, be sure to check them out.

I will do my very best to test them. Currently they will be tested against my BlaZers and some Quickspin 1.5 vanes. My BlaZers fly and group well and so do the Quickspins. I do have a tendancy to choose my Quickspins over the BlaZers. I'll be as openminded and brutal as I can. Hoping the weather will hold out and be nice for testing inside and outside. We are having a nice fall so far. We've been down to -18c not sure in Farhenheit. Normally we've had some -30c temps and have 18"-24" of snow. I'm curious to see how they fly at longer ranges as far as groups and trajectory go.

JC and Norsask,
Since I told Dorge I would keep an eye out on this thing for him on here, here is a thread that you both can read up on....it explains a lot about the performance characteristics on this vane...here is the hyperlink:

http://forums.bowcountry.com/bcforums/showthread.php?t=16430
The second is the review that was done by Deer30 who is also a member here i believe....
It has my comments on it as well. I do understand a bit on aerodynamics and I was skeptical at first. I am not trying to be a fan-boy here, but definitely do your homework. If you like them post up your reviews.....I know i for one highly value your posts JC & Norsask. So good or bad, lets hear it........

So is the vane being produced now considered the Aerovane II or do I need to rough them up when I get them?

All vanes that is on sale are Aerovane, Aerovane II are game changer products. It has 5 more aerodynamic advantage than Aerovane. It is so different in its design. You shall see it around christmas and at the ATA.
Current Aerovane will also went through a few minor change by mid April 2009 to get all the benefit we have learned from developing Aerovane II.
Roughing them up is one of the advantage of Aerovane II, use 80 grid sand paper and all you need is to do it on the hump for the current product of Aerovane.
