Need some help identifying Envy Mods

Please look at these pictures and tell me if they are mods for the Envy. It came with the bow when I purchased it. I guess it was suppose to be the short mods. But they don't fit the cams. Tell me what you think.

Now these are the mods that came on the bow. It goes from 28-30. I compared them together and they are not the same shape.

Forgot to say that the bottom set and the set to the right is the ones off the bow.
