I'm using the magnum slicktricks 100 grn and also some G5 Strikers,,, great stuff,, Im saving the rage 2 blades for hunting Tennessee,,, Arkansas has very rocky soil , so Im afraid to say,, It's the cheaper broadheads that get blown up first,,,

I used them last year, but am going to put them through a test against others when I get my new XT. I was never able to get the "fly like fieldpoint" out of my E-500. Montecs shot horrible out of it to. I'm wondering if it was just tuning or whatever. Too many people get better performance out of both of those for me to think it was the broadheads and not me.
I plan on testing ST's, Montec, Hellrazors, Silverflames and probably Piston Points and see what works best for my rig.

I can only answer half of your question as I shoot a Mathews Switchback LD at 70# with 31DL with Slick Trick 100 gr. Magnums. Two bucks and a doe so far this year. All complete pass through with 30 feet to 35 yard before they dropped. Shoots just like my field points out to sixty yards. They are quite except if they loosen up. Make sure you keep them tight. Next year I will be shooting them with a Xtreme XL or a GTO if the GTO goes to 31DL.

I just started this year. I love them. I like the Mag better then the standard.
Here is what they have done for me this year.
3 Turkeys
1 Whitetail Doe
1 Axis Buck
Here is a video of the Axis.

I use nothing but. Had great luck. What a deadly combo 80# ENVY 540 gr arrow 292fps with a 125 Slick Trick. Brutal. Only bad thing is after every deer I have shot with this setup I can't find my arrows! They go so far into the ground (even with Firenocks) that I can't find them!

used 100 grain standards last year effective head tried shuttle T-locks this year liked them even better flew a little better out past 40 yrds, punched a hole through shoulder blade of my mulie doe and passed thru offside rib at 52yrds and kept edge and straightness small bone nicks if luck goes my way I'll add cougar blood to it before its retired.

I have used them and they are a quality, great flying head. With that said it is important to remember that they are not "magic" they are a 1 1/8" 4 blade broadhead that flies very good, they leave the SAME bloodtrails as any other 1 1/8" 4 blade head that is sharp. If any of you are switching to get a better bloodtrail the only way is a bigger head. 1 1/8''= 1 1/8" regardless of manufacturer.

ST 100's in both standard and mag. I love'em , but I have had a bent ferrule on one. it won't stop me from using them again this year.
They do a great job making big holes.

Been shooting the 100 grain mags for 3 years. I currently have 100 grain Grizz Tricks in the quiver. Can't wait to shoot something with them. I have always been pleased with the Slick Trick mags.
