I started useing one this summer and found it a little hard to get used to but after a week or two it felt natural and i have been useing it ever since.

I started using one about two weeks ago. I had trouble finding my anchor point consistantly. Wrapped some serving string for a kisser button to touch the corner of my mouth to go along with my other anchor points and everything was fine. Made my high and low shots go away. Four arrows in the spot at 40yds.
