I've had awesome results with the Carbon Force Radial X-Weave Pro's. I've been shooting them all year and they are the toughest all carbon arrows I've shot. Plus with the specs they have .001 on weight and .001 on straightness you know they'll fly like darts.

There very brittle.
Carbon tech Cheetahs in gold/yellow lettering are the best I have used. and I used allot. LOL! next favorite are the old stand by ACC. IMHO!

Yes, and they are matched for weight and spine per dozen, just like the rest of the premium arrows. I believe you can get the yellow label "3-D's" for around $130 a dozen. Great deal if you ask me!

What poundage and what speed are you looking to get? Carbon is great for speed but if your draw is long enough and you are a 280fps kinda guy, Easton X7's are some darn accurate arrows!

VICTORY VFORCE +/-.001 straightness and weight tolerance of +/-.5 grains per dozen. CAN'T BEAT THESE SHAFTS BY FAR THE STRAIGHTES ARROW OUT THERE AND REALLY TOUGH. SHOT ALOT OF OTHER ARROWS BUT ALL FALL SHORT OF VICTORY. THEY ALSO MAKE A PINK ARROW WITH PROCEEDS GOING TO BREAST CANCER AND THE LADIES SURE LIKE THEM. IF YOU HAVE NOT SHOT THEM YET, YOU OWE IT TO YOURSELF TO CHECK THEM OUT.
VICTORY ARROWS BY FAR #1

wow alot of different opinions ,,i like it ,, thanks
I'm gona be shooting around 70# , i told the guy at the archery shop to crank her up to the max , so it might get a couple #''s over 70 ,,
and i'm not sure but i think L-train had this envy set up at 27 1/2 draw lenght if this makes any difference ,,,
I'm not looking specificaly for speed only , mind you i will need it cause at our moose hunting spot , we can run into some long shots,,,so a fast arrow would be nice ,, but if those carbon revolution speed max pros are brittle ,,probably not a good thing for moose hunting ,,maybe deer it will be ok , but not so much for moose. More then anything else i want a STRAIGH arrow , something really accurate
what about maxima's , ,any love for those?
I often see the term "straightness" when looking to buy arrows , with different straightness options,,,what the **** do they mean by that term ,, i know one thing for sure , i want my arrows to be straight , not crooked ,hehhe lol

Well you cant beat the specs on the X-Weave Pro's, like I said they are .001 straightness & .001 weight, that's awesome. I think MSRP on them is like $109 a dozen. If you look around on eBay sometimes you can buy them cheaper than that, they pop up on Archerytalk sometimes too...I had a buddy who had a dozen on AT and he needed to sell them, I got them for $80 shipped and he had already put Easton uni-bushings & g-nocks in them "which I also do to all of my all carbon arrows". These arrows fly great for me, I've got 3 blazers on mine and a 4" wrap along with the uni-bushing/g-nock combo and I've been shooting broadheads "Shuttle T-Lock 100gr" out to 100yds this year them and I couldnt be more happy with an arrow.
As far as weight goes, they are kinda on the lighter side...I'm shooting the 300 spine arrows, 27.5" long from the nock to the end and with a 100gr head, insert, uni/g-nock, 3 Blazers & a 4" wrap mine weigh in at 379grs.

I will repeat myself. If you do a spin test with carbon tech (yellow letter) against any of these other so called .001 arrows and you will find out what straight really is!!

Where do you get Carbon Tech "yellow letter" arrows?

Easton ST Epics! or if you hunt big game alot id say the Easton ST Axis. both arrrows are as tough as they get. also fly like darts.

I second Carbontech, especially the Rhino. No better arrow out there. GoldTip Pro hunter some real close as my other choice. In case of absolute best, the yellow letter in Carbon tech (also means XP) which is as straight as any arrow can be. Do a memory test (i.e. bend an arrow and hold it for about 15 seconds in bend position) then put it on a test spinner. Only Carbon tech and GoldTip pro hunter will pass this test. Carbon Tech Rhino XP (yellow letter) cost about $150.00 per dozen! Love that finish too! A little car wax on it and a little buffing. It cannot get any smooth draw than that! I love shinny arrows shafts, no camo for me on my arrows.

There are certainly alot of great shafts out there today.Dollar for dollar,I still think the Easton ACC series are among the best ever made.

Spine consistency is much more important than straightness especially with drop away rests. Maxima's are amazingly consistent. The 3D Select Maxima's are the best of both worlds. For straight, consistent and TOUGH it's hard to beat the Terminator XP Selects. Probably the best value out there in a little heavier TOUGH hunting arrow.

thanks for the opinions , i think i made up my mind and i am going to go with the maxima 3d select,,seems to be the best of both worlds , and not too too pricy.

I have never shot the ACC's but the idea is great, I wanted to try a set but just havent had any extra money to buy a set its good to see people really like them.

I have personally went back to my 2413 aluminums, They are very consistent and dead accurate, I like a heavy arrow for hunting and 3-D, Nothing wrong with carbons, I just prefer aluminums for over all consistency and accuracy from dozen to dozen, I am shooting X7 eclipse 2413 arrows at 27 3/4" out of my GT500. Speed isnt a factor to me I would rather be dead on an practice judging yardage. I guess I am, old school but I am only 38 years old, I guess thet is old but I feel 20. LOL.:tribe:

I would have to vote for Victory or Carbon Tech. Both great companies with great products.

Carbon Tech Whitetail XP, Carbon Express Maxima hunter, or Gold Tip Pro if your buying. I might add most top end carbon arrows out there today will do the job. True your broadheads to the shaft, spin test, and make sure your bow is tuned and go get it done!!

Easton ACC's are still the most consistent out of the box arrows built for the all purpose shooter. I personally will be shooting a little more weight this year by stepping it up to the Axis Full Metal Jackets.

I agree, but I have shot Maximas the last 2 years. The Maximas are a dang good arrow for a little less coin than the ACC's.
This year I am going to give the Victory's a try. Justin is making me some up with one of his wraps and some mini blazers.

I've been a aluminium/carbon guy for several years now. ACC's or FMJ's is what I usually shoot. I'm giving the Easton Axis N-Fused a try this year.
