Deer Calendar

Does anyone use those deer calendars that show deer activity and the times deer are suppose to be moving. Any success??

I never paid them any attention, I usually concentrate on weather systems moving through the area. Animals will usually move more before a sys. moves in..

I have them, mainly because they include that stuff on most calendars with pictures of deer. I have even checked it out and thought to myself "Well, today is supposed to be a high activity day" To tell yuo the truth I have not found any correlation between actual deer activity and the calendar telling me what to expect.

Don't get me wrong I am not saying there isn't some validity to those calendars, just haven't noticed it myself.

The best way I have found to see if deer are moving is to be out in the woods. If there moving you will see them. If not you spent a relaxing day in the great outdoors.
