Check out this world record piranah taken in the Amazon! I don't know what method was used to take it, but I'd be bailing out on this one!

If you have any experience at all with piranah, you'll really understand the magnitude of these picture. I'd rather be eaten by sharks than piranahs. I'll go on record to say I believe they are the most vicious "animals" on Earth.

WOW!

If you fell in the water with that thing there would be shrinkage, definite shrinkage, and a smacking sound do to the pucker factor of about 12......

I had 3 red belly piranhas as pets like 5 years ago, One Grew Over A Foot Long, He Ate The Other 2, and Eventually Started Swimming Upside Down In Circles, I Cleaned That Tank All The Time, and were always well fed, I dont know what happened, The One left had gotten so big, when he started swimming upside down, I said screw it, it looked crazy and I wasnt gonna stick my hand in there no way whatsoever, and just waited till he passed on. well one day i came home from work and it looked dead, so i went to grab it out of the tank, and whaam, bit my thumb like crazy. It died shortly after that.

They were a cool fish, but scary to own.

I think that was caught in Cleveland Nags. You know, where the river catches fire and the fish mutate? :fish2: :toothless:

That's a Tigerfish from Africa, not a S. American piranha.....

Hmmmm....just going by the info I received.

Looks like you may have an argument there, but I'd question the lack of the bold stripes in the pics of my original post. The Tigerfish has really bold stripes.

Whatever......it still would scare the living crap out of me.

Let's try it like this.......

Hey guys, look at this big fish with some big dang teeth!

I don't know what kind of fish it is but it sure is scary!

N, just tugging your chain.....no harm meant...alright :shakehands:

I just get those all the time...like the giant crocodile found in New Orleans after Katrina that was really caught in Africa...just misinformed spam spread through corporate America....

You would need some chainmail gloves for fishing though.....:fish2::bitehard:
