Need advice on your favorite wrist strap caliper release.
So please give me your choices what type to buy.
Shooting with loop on string.
Thanks

I have used the little goose and the Mongoose with great success. I should be getting a Fletcher Jimi-T and a flathead tomorrow. I will let you know what I think.

Tru Ball Copperhead. The shallow caliper jaws enable you to have a nice small/tight loop.

Little known fact- The 2007 World FITA champion, Deitmar Trillus used/uses a Truball Short-n-sweet.

Scott little bitty goose for me. I use the "rope connection system" and love how it lets the jaws fall to make arrow retrieval very easy. The ropes also let you custimize how long you would like the release. Seems to cut down on possible torque issues as well. I own 2 just in case something goes wrong in the field. Oh yeah...buckle strap

When shooting with a loop, I find the hook style releases to be easier and faster to use. Plus another bonus is they allow you to draw the bow with less effort because the trigger is closer to the string... kinda like adding a little leverage. I shoot the Tru Ball short-n-sweet and love it.
