Ok, Ok, some body help me and how do I get the Avatar to work. Totally clueless!!!

Thanks TAT and go team 3

Right click on your team avatar above.
Go to Properties, where it says ADDRESS(URL) highlight and copy
Now go to the top right of the page and click where it says Welcome TimZim and go to Edit avatar
Click the custom and paste in the link. Then Save changes.
