These are the samples of Stage 1 Strings. I have been building strings for 15 years with NO PEEP ROTATION, NO SERVING SEPARATION. These strings are all hand tied. You will NOT find poor quality in these strings. I won 7 world championships, 3 national championships, and 12 national tournaments in the either the semi pro or pro divisions with my strings

ringtail, that is a trade mark of his strings. He has been doing this for a couple of years now, and experimented with it until he found the right tension and serving tool to use. I always get my strings done up this way, and they always turn out great.

Isnt ibo for a 70lb 27 in GT like 304-314? which would make it around 300-310 for a 60lber. so you got 309 with 24 gr. over ibo. which would be about 317 with a 300 gr. arrow. wow, nice work Wes

Please contact me to place string orders, Wes is getting swamped with orders and needs to free up sometime to keep making strings instead of anwsering pm's and telephone calls. Do not take this the hard way, He appreciates the business very, very much. Also, he ties and serves all the strings by hand, no machines. So that means it takes him approximately 2-3 hours per set of strings and cables. He can only make about 2-4 sets a day on his work days and 5+ sets on his breakdays from his full time job. He wants to free up the time so he can keep the orders being shipped in a timely manner and so he can concentrate on producing the best strings he possibly can so everyone will be completely satisfied with his work. We will only be putting the strings and cables on your bow, and tuning them on a draw board to set the cam timing. We do not have enough time to tune arrows with field points/broadheads etc... With rests, we will set the center shot and if using a drop away we will attach the cord to the down cable for proper vane/fletching clearence. If you need a max kit for your limbdriver rest please feel free to contact some of the other manufacturers to see if they would help you out on that. Finally we will tie in the peep and attach a string loop. Thankyou for your understanding! Stage 1 Staff.

Hey shooting, you will keep the same or gain a few depending on the bow, but most of the time there is a pick-up in speed anywhere from 1-10 feet on average.

i hope this helps a little more for your an answer. if i get a bow in and and it has the average strings on it, ex. stock strings on mathews apex 7 they are not served with halo they are still served with .18 62x i gained 9 fps with that bow and my strings i just did this bow three days ago. as far as the elite line up i have averaged of right on or 1-2 fps faster so my answer for do i pick up speed with my strings.the answer is NO i do claim to pick up speed with my strings it would be combination of strings and a little tuning and i can usually fill most archers request for speed!!

wes just made up the mountain berry and bronze for my dads gto, will have samples within the next couple of days. We do not have any speckled colors on hand as of right now. Possibly in a couple of weeks for that. You were the first to even ask about the speckled colors. We will see what we can do about that.

For everyone that was interested about having strings made up with the speckled colors, I am sorry to inform you but we decided to stay away from the speckled colors. Wes will offer to due what he calls a pin-striping(more strands of a single color vs. the other), to take place of the speckled look. I will post pics of samples in the next couple of days. Hey Wes,... Before you go to bed.. Check out Cason's Envy you build strings for.. She's areal beauty! I shot it at 70lbs 29" with a 28" Acc 3-60/340 spined arrow that weighed in at 405grns and got 305fps and 82 ft lbs of KE... Smokin! I swear the arrows sunk into that Monster Block with only vanes showing....Talk about power... This bow Rocks now...Ready to slay Mr Big .. THanks again for making another great set of Stage 1 Customs....Keep up the good work.....

I got my GT500 back from Wes today. All I can say is... "AWESOME".
The strings are a perfect match for the G1 camo.
