I have a QAD on my Mach X and love it. I like it because it has the containment feature and I can use my thumb to cock it. What advantage does the limbdriver give me? i am not familiar with it. Does it have the containment feature and can it be cocked manuallly?

you have to be at full draw for the rest to come up. there is an arrow holder and an "arrow nest" that someone was or is making on this forum. i use it because it stays up alot longer than the traditional drop away. you can also watch slow motion video on vapor trail's web site.

Here it is... the LD rocks

The Limb Driver Arrow Nest is a custom machined part.
It is made of Black tough plastic with inherent lubricity so it’s very quiet.
It’s expensive to fabricate it, but its worth it. You can tilt the bow 85 degrees either way and the arrow will not fall from the rest.

You wouldn't happen to have a link to it would you? I looked and could not find it.

Here is my limbdriver containment system. It allows me to turn my bow all kind of ways and my arrow will not fall off. It is cheap and reliable and patent pending.... Things are that simple, I call it the finger holder....

I bought a qad hd for my aigil, and I had contact issues with the launcher. I returned it to the company and they sent me a new one but I decided it wasn't worth another headache so I sold it. The limbdriver is a choice!

I really prefer the LD. Very easy to tune. I have a good friend (Scablands) that uses the QAD with great results.:morningcoffee:

Definitly the Limbdriver, less parts and more reliable. I have not played with a QAD HD but I have seen multiple QAD's have the internals lock up and will not drop. If you must have a full capture drop away I would spend the extra coin for the ripcord.

I shoot a 2007 Synergy, 306FPS and I also use the QAD HD. I have not had any issues with it at all. Haven't tried the LD yet, but have only heard good things. Sold my Ripcord on AT. Didn't care too much for the Ripcord.
