Sword Sight question

I have three Titans. How do you guys that have the Swords keep the thumb screws that tighten down on the elevation and windage adjustments from coming loose while you are shooting. I guess the vibration from shooting loosens them up and they make too much noise. Tonight while shooting I just took them out. Any remedies???

I leave mine out. I wonder if string wax would keep them quiet or snug.

The elevation screw drive is so tight I dont think its needed.
Mine is in my tackle box.
