Does anyone have experiece with a Bushnell Elite 1500arc? I need a dual purpose RF for rifle and archery. I like the ARC feature for archery and the max range for Rifle. The only downfall is this thing is HUGE!!! Was the size a problem for anyone and how did you carry it? Any other options I should consider for around $350?..................Thanks

Thats easy enough.
I never use Bushnell because of the size. But I would use a strap and hang it around my neck and under my right arm. one hand slide it up. and drop it under the arm when done. then it wouldnt get in the way of the Bino's. Just a thought.

I just bought a Nikon Monarch 800 off Ebay for $220. They're $379 I think at BP and Cabela's. It doesn't have the arch feature, but ranges a long way. I wanted the arch at first, but have read so much about not needing it that I decided against it. It should be good for bow and rifle season for me.

just range level to a tree close to the spot. No arc needed. The 440 and 800 and 1200 from Nikon are so easy to use and fast.

Hi ,

i 've one friend that use it , but he use it only when he hunt with TreeStand !, because it's to big to be " wearing" all day long in hunting day !.
The Bushnell 1500 is very big to compare to the Nikon Monarch.
