I have a set of bad strings and cables on my answer called CS Kerrianne said to E-mail pics, sent them this afternoon. Returned home and had a E-mail from Kerrianne to confirm my address i would guess they are going to send me a new set of strings and cables now that is good customer service

I would say that sounds right. Lets hope the strings and cables dont do the same thing again.

I have to do the same thing. The set on my month old pulse are so bad I'm afraid it will blow up if I shoot it.

Same thing here for my Answer. Sent Kerriane pics and have a new set on the way. Asked of they have been improved and she said they are using different serving.

That is the route I will go, just hope they hold up only 51 days to killin time.

Yeah thats my concern bow season is way to close to be messing around around. But I don't really have the cash to dump on customs right now and for 800 buck It shouldn't even be a issue in the first place. I don't know what to do. If they send a new set will the shop I bought it from warranty installation because I don't have a press that my pulse fits in right now.

Depends on the shop! They are not at fault and have the right to press but their disgression

Just got a E-mail from Kerrianne and my new strings are on there way. As for installation i think if you bought the bow at the shop thats going to install they may not charge you, but as a warranty problem Elite should cover the shops installation fee if it is an Elite dealer IMO

after about a 2 minute phone call new strings are on the way with halo instead of 3D serving. I'm very happy with the CS! He said they where having problems with the 3D serving but the Halo is good to go.

Good because I really don't want to have to get a new harness. But if I have to I will.

Or maybe trade for my old GT.

I just bit the bullet & paid for a set of custom strings cause I didn't want to take a chance & have the same thing happen to the set from Elite.

My shop charged me 10 bucks to swap out the strings and that included speed buttons or what ever they are called. He also made sure my rest was paper tuned and everything was good to go. Can't beat that with a stick.

Keeping my fingers crossed that all is good but only time will tell.
